My Journey.

Hello dear one and welcome to my little pocket of the world!

My name is Tahlia, founder of Heal Well, and I support people on the Sunshine Coast through Lymphatic Bodywork, Zenthai Shiatsu, nutrition for inflammation support, and holistic women’s wellness. My greatest fulfilment comes from holding space for the body to soften, reset, and remember its natural ability to heal.

I grew up in a coastal town and always felt a deep pull back to my country whenever I needed healing — physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Through reconnecting with my heritage, I’ve come to understand how profoundly our relationship with land, culture, and nervous system health are intertwined.

I am a Dunghutti–Gumbaynggirr nyami (woman), born on Birpai land and now living and working on Gubbi Gubbi Country here on the Sunshine Coast. As I continue rediscovering language, medicinal plants, and connection to earth, I feel increasingly aligned with my purpose — honouring the old ways while gently guiding others back to grounding, connection, and their own inner wisdom.

My path into this work hasn’t been linear, but every chapter has shaped how I practise today. At 11 years old I was diagnosed with endometriosis, which sparked my exploration into both Eastern and Western healing approaches. Later, after a professional dance career and completing my Bachelor of Arts, I moved into Exercise Physiology, working in the field for over a decade while studying Nutritional Medicine.

At 26, a diagnosis of Graves’ Disease became a profound turning point. Healing naturally led me to deeply understand the connection between body, mind, lymphatic health, inflammation, and emotional wellbeing. I learnt that the body holds our stories — and when supported holistically, it has an incredible capacity to rebalance.

Lymphatic Bodywork became one of the missing pieces in my own healing journey and remains at the heart of my work today. It shaped the philosophy behind Heal Well — looking beyond symptoms, supporting root causes, and treating the body as the beautifully interconnected system it is.

Today, I offer lymphatic therapy, nervous system support, women’s wellness care, and holistic bodywork on the Sunshine Coast, with a focus on helping people feel lighter, calmer, and more at home in themselves.

Heal Well continues to evolve alongside me, organically and intuitively. I feel deeply honoured to walk this path — and even more honoured to share it with you.

With Love & Gratitude,

Tahlia x
