Learn The Foundations of Lymphatic Bodywork

Our process is simple and thoughtful.

After years of working with the body through exercise physiology, lymphatic bodywork, fascia, organs, nervous system care and intuitive hands-on healing, the Heal Well Method is ready to be shared.

This first beta training is a small, in-person weekend training designed for those who feel called to learn the foundational principles behind the way I work.

It is not about force. It is not about fixing. It is not about following a rigid script.

It is about learning to listen through the hands.
To understand the lymphatic system, fascia, fluid, tissue, breath and the nervous system as one living conversation.

To learn how to gently unlock the body through a science-informed approach to lymphatic bodywork, supporting the body's natural capacity for flow, regulation and deep healing.

What is the Heal Well Method?

The Heal Well Method™ is a Lymphatic bodywork approach that weaves together:

~ Lymphatic drainage and the body's fluid flow systems

~ Fascial release and tissue restoration

~ Anatomy, physiology and organ awareness

~ Nervous system regulation and trauma-aware care

~ Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians and acupressure points

~ Body brushing and breathwork

~ Intuitive touch and embodied practitioner presence

~ Client safety, therapeutic relationship and deep listening

This work supports the body's natural pathways of flow, drainage, restoration and repair, while creating a deeply held space for the client to soften, release and reconnect.

Drawing from modern anatomy, lymphatic science, fascial research and Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Heal Well Method honours the body as one interconnected system. A living conversation between fluid, tissue, breath, organs, nerves and energy—each influencing the other, each contributing to the whole.

Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, practitioners are taught to understand the body through the lens of connection, communication and flow. Learning how to identify restrictions, support regulation and create the conditions for the body to do what it was designed to do: heal.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Tahlia.

The Heal Well Method was born from a lifetime of curiosity about the human body and a deep belief that healing happens when science, safety and connection come together.

My first understanding of the body came through movement. As a young dancer, I dedicated much of my life to classical ballet, studying at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where I developed a deep appreciation for the intelligence, resilience and expression held within the body.

That fascination continued into my professional career, leading me to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) and a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine. For more than 15 years, I have worked alongside people navigating injury, chronic illness, performance, recovery and the complexities of modern health.

My own health journey eventually led me beyond conventional models of care and into the worlds of lymphatics, fascia, nervous system regulation and hands-on healing. Over the last decade, I have studied extensively under Dr Perry Nickleston (Stop Chasing Pain), completing advanced training in lymphatic bodywork, abdominal organ releases and the glymphatic system. More recently, I completed a 9-month Zenthai Shiatsu therapist training, further refining my understanding of touch, presence and the body's innate capacity to heal.

The Heal Well Method is the culmination of these experiences. A blend of science, intuition and embodied practice that supports the body's natural systems of flow, regulation and restoration.

This training is an invitation to learn the foundations of that work. To develop confident, skilful hands. To deepen your understanding of the body. And to discover what becomes possible when we stop forcing the body and start listening to it.

More than techniques, my hope is to teach you how to see the body differently.
